Important Disclaimer Before You Use This Site

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use ratingsjohnny.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Roofer

Ratingsjohnny Roofing is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent roofing providers. Ratingsjohnny Roofing does not perform roof inspections, repairs, replacements, tarping or storm damage work. Any work on your home is done by an independent provider, never by Ratingsjohnny Roofing.

No Endorsement and No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promises about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

General Information Only

The content on this site is meant to inform in a general way. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Roofs differ, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, your location, roof size, materials and how much damage there is. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work begins.

About Insurance

What this site says about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss, and we do not file, manage or negotiate insurance claims. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your own coverage.

Stay Safe

Roofs can be dangerous. Storm damage may bring downed power lines, weakened structures and slick surfaces. Do not climb onto a damaged or wet roof. If you think someone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How Ratingsjohnny Roofing Gets Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Ratingsjohnny Roofing when it connects them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here correct and up to date. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or has no errors.
