How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Ratingsjohnny Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Ratingsjohnny Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please know that Ratingsjohnny Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@ratingsjohnny.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
